Eligible products may be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and received in original condition, with the Quality Control (QC) sticker intact, to qualify for a refund.
Once the return is processed and accepted, a full refund for the item cost, excluding the original shipping fees, will be issued.
2. Inspection and Refund Conditions
If returned items show signs of installation, use, or damage upon inspection, no refund will be provided.
Any damage to products upon receipt must be reported within 10 days. Ensure that returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
CINCINNO IRONMONGERY TRADING L.L.C. is not responsible for any damage caused during installation.
3. Sealed Products
All items undergo Quality Control, and some products are sealed to ensure no defective or damaged products are shipped to customers.
For products with a seal, no refunds will be provided once the seal has been broken or removed. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of the products.
4. Return Process
Once your return is processed and accepted at our Dubai office, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 20 working days.
The refund will reflect any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase.

Attach a picture of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
Our team will respond within 3-5 days with further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs
CINCINNO IRONMONGERY TRADING L.L.C. does not cover return shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping expenses, including any required documentation and shipping labels.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
